EXTRACTION PROCEDURE (STEP-BY-STEP)

Phase 2: Receive Extraction Package
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Extraction coordinates (return address)
- Special instructions if applicable
Phase 3: Package and Deploy
- Securely package items in original tactical packaging
- Include the completed return form (will be provided)
- Affix the RAN clearly on the exterior
- Ship via your preferred carrier (return shipping at operative’s expense)
Phase 4: Mission Completion
Upon successful extraction at our base:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to original payment method
- Exchanges: New gear deployed within 3 business days of receipt
