MISSION BRIEFING

Operational Window: 15 days from delivery date

Condition Requirements: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

Non-Returnable Gear: Base Layers, Boxers & Briefs (for hygiene reasons)

EXTRACTION PROCEDURE (STEP-BY-STEP)

Phase 2: Receive Extraction Package

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Extraction coordinates (return address)
  • Special instructions if applicable

Phase 3: Package and Deploy

  1. Securely package items in original tactical packaging
  2. Include the completed return form (will be provided)
  3. Affix the RAN clearly on the exterior
  4. Ship via your preferred carrier (return shipping at operative’s expense)

Phase 4: Mission Completion

Upon successful extraction at our base:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to original payment method
  • Exchanges: New gear deployed within 3 business days of receipt
