DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURE (SHIPPING)

MISSION TIMELINE

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (gear inspection and packaging)
  • Standard Deployment: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Deployment: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over $50)

OPERATIONAL ZONES

We deploy worldwide, excluding some Asian territories and remote operational zones. Contact Command if uncertain about your coordinates.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept encrypted transmissions from: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

MISSION BRIEFING

  • Operational Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements: Gear must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Assets: Base Layers, Boxers & Briefs (hygiene protocols)

PHASE 1: INITIATE REQUEST

Include this intel:

  • Full name and operator ID (order number)
  • Item(s) requiring extraction
  • Mission Report (reason for return/exchange)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Requesting extraction for:
– 1x BDU Pants (Coyote Brown, Size M)
– 1x Combat Shirt (Ranger Green, Size L)

Mission Report: Size discrepancy – require exchange for L pants and XL shirt.

PHASE 2: RECEIVE EXTRACTION PACKAGE

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Extraction coordinates (return address)
  • Special instructions if applicable

PHASE 3: PACKAGE AND DEPLOY

  • Secure items in original tactical packaging
  • Include completed return form (provided)
  • Affix RAN clearly on exterior
  • Ship via preferred carrier (operative covers return shipping)

NOTE: For damaged/defective gear, contact Command immediately – qualifies for free return shipping.

PHASE 4: MISSION COMPLETION

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to original payment method
  • Exchanges: New gear deployed within 3 business days of receipt
