1. OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL (GENERAL TERMS)

Condorr Clothing Shop (“Command Center”) is a tactical gear supplier operating from 1812 Wiseman Street, Knoxville, TN 37902, United States. Our mission is to provide high-performance apparel to operators worldwide (excluding restricted zones).

1.1 Operator Eligibility

To engage with our Base Camp, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have guardian consent
• Possess legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• Operate from an authorized deployment zone

1.2 Restricted Territories

We currently cannot deploy to certain Asian territories and remote operational zones. Contact Command at [email protected] for clarification.

2. MISSION EQUIPMENT (PRODUCTS)

2.1 Tactical Gear Specifications

Our inventory includes but is not limited to:

• BDU Systems (Coats, Pants, Shirts, Shorts)
• Operational Combat Uniforms (Pants, Shirts)
• OCP Gear (Coats, Pants, Patrol Caps)
• Base Layer Systems
• Concealed Carry Solutions
• EMS Operational Wear

2.2 Gear Accuracy

While we conduct rigorous intel checks, some product images may show slight color variations due to monitor settings. Specifications are subject to change without notice as we improve our equipment.

2.3 Non-Returnable Assets

Due to hygiene protocols, the following cannot be extracted (returned) after deployment:

• All Base Layer Systems
• Boxers & Briefs

3. DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (ORDERING & PAYMENT)

3.1 Mission Initiation (Order Placement)

Orders constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. You will receive an encrypted transmission (order confirmation) upon successful mission initiation.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Deployment Timelines

3.4 Failed Missions

If payment transmission fails, your deployment will be put on hold until successful funds transfer. We reserve the right to cancel any mission that cannot be completed within 7 days.

4. EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

4.1 Operational Window

You have 15 days from gear receipt to initiate extraction (return). Items must be:

• In original tactical packaging
• Unworn and unwashed
• With all original tags attached

4.2 Extraction Procedure

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] with subject “RETURN MISSION – [Order #]” containing full details
2. Receive Authorization: Command will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours
3. Package & Deploy: Securely repackage items with RAN clearly visible (operator covers return shipping)

4.3 Funds Recovery

Refunds will be processed to original payment method within:

• 3-5 business days for Visa/MasterCard/JCB
• 1-3 business days for PayPal

Note: Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All tactical designs, operational manuals (product descriptions), and Base Camp infrastructure (website content) are proprietary assets of Condorr Clothing Shop. Unauthorized reproduction or deployment of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

6.1 Operational Risks

Condorr Clothing Shop shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by customs inspections or carrier issues
• Incorrect sizing selections made by the operator
• Minor color variations from product images
• Consequential damages from product use

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the gear in question.

7. MISSION MODIFICATIONS

Command reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Base Camp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new operational parameters.
